Secondly, why not become a Digital Champion? You don’t need to be technically savvy, but have a little time and energy and share our belief that access to the web is as indispensable to modern life as access to electricity and running water.

Digital Champion’s can help by raising awareness of the social and economic benefits of broadband. You will have ideas on how best to go about this, but a local campaign may involve;

♦ Distributing information about broadband and the FibreValley Community Group
♦ Organising local events
♦ Talking to local clubs and interest groups about broadband
♦ Contributing to and helping to promote FibreValley’s web presence
♦ Attending FibreValley Community Group meetings and supporting others in Parish Council and similar meetings

Digital Champions could also help by collecting information about broadband availability and quality in their part of the Worth Valley.
